OVERVIEW

This course intends to help you claim agency over your mind and your life. It is designed with the intention of helping you release old, dysfunctional aspects of your mind and behavior, and systematically supporting you in cultivating new, wholesome states of mind from which fresh actions can arise.

The course will introduce you to your mind’s potential for clarity and happiness. Gradually, as the old you is released through a rigorous process of eliminating unwanted actions or Karmas, the new you can be cultivated.

Once the envisioned new self is in full-bloom, you will be ready to direct your actions towards a greater life-purpose and deeper connections with others and the world. You will be available to live a life of impact and service if you choose.

This course, much like all of Anahita’s work, is informed by Buddhist psychology and philosophy, in combination with neuroscience and elements from psychotherapy. Anahita shares her personal practices as well as the key learnings from her 17 years of study in the Indian and Tibetan wisdom traditions, her training in Contemplative Science, and her personal life experiments and experiences.
